Park Rules
Do not exceed maximum site occupancy, children under age 10
do not count toward occupancy limit. Tents are not permitted on
standard RV sites. RV sites have a maximum occupancy of 6 people, and a
tent has a maximum occupancy of 5 people. Each standard tent site has
one tent included with the base fee. If you sleep in a car it needs to
be paid for and considered as a tent.
Parking: All overnight vehicles need a parking pass.Sites
with a maximum of 2 tents have a maximum of 2 cars, 3 tents 3 cars etc.
Depending on the size and location of your tents there may not be room
to park on the site, but you are allowed to park cars with permits in
the overflow areas overnight. If you have only paid for one tent you
are only allowed one car. An RV site may have only one extra vehicle
besides the tow vehicle.
The most important rule: Be considerate of your fellow
campers, don't walk through their site or do anything else that might
make their stay less enjoyable. Most of the rest of these rules are
just this rule spelled out more clearly.
Visitors may not park in yours or your neighbors site, they must park in the limited overflow parking area, and must leave by 10 p.m.
Sewer hoses MUST have a collar, and do not put paper towels, feminine products, or rubber gloves down the pipe.
Checkout time is 11 am please do your best to vacate your site by then.
Check in time is 2 pm In consideration of your fellow
campers do your best to arrive early enough to setup before 10pm quiet
time.
Alcohol must be confined to your campsite. Management reserves the
right to ask any person to leave without refund because of excessive
drinking or other objectionable behavior.
Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am all children must be back
at the site and day guests are to leave. Music must be turned off and
loud laughter should stop.
Do not park on the street. Designated areas are available for a limited
number of extra cars and boats. There is only room for one vehicle at
most sites.
Do not take tables from other sites, there should be one table at each
campsite. If a family with several campsites put their tables together,
please put them back before you leave.
Campfires: Wood fires are not allowed at standard RV Sites. Propane
fire pits are available for rent at the office and may be reserved
ahead of time by calling. Wood campfires are allowed on the tent sites
and premium RV sites only in the designated fire pits. Fires are to be
kept small and must be completely extinguished by midnight.
Pets are allowed in the park if they are kept quiet and on a
leash. Please walk dogs on the strip of grass marked on the map as the
pet walking area. Do not allow dogs to defecate in the tent or RV
sites, any waste must be cleaned up completely.
No smoking in any of the park buildings, or at the playground
and please be considerate of where you smoke outdoors as to not bother
others.
Generators may not be used in the park except in the unlikely event of a power outage.
Tent sites do not have electricity, if electricity is required for
medical reasons you may run an extension cord to the nearest RV post
for a fee of $3 per night. Please let the office know of your condition
and pay in advance.
Five mile per hour speed limit is required in the park. There are often many children playing. Please drive with extra care.
The park roads are not to be used as a four-wheeler or motorcycle
riding circuits, you may drive your ATV's from your site out of the
park to enjoy the local trails.
Please deposit your garbage in the dumpster inside the gate of the south park. Do not leave trash in your fire pit.
No fireworks allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests that
violate any of these rules, and you will be required to leave the park
without a refund.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling all or part of your reservation is
subject to cancellation fees. To cancel a reservation please e-mail a
cancellation request to: cancel@bearlakenorth.com. Please let us know
as early as possible. The cancellation service fees will be deducted
from the deposit and the balance will be refunded to your credit card
or sent by check.
Cancellation fees: 30 days or more before first night: $5.00 per site 10 days or more before first night: $10.00 per site
2 days or more before first night: Half of deposit
48 hours or less before first night: entire deposit
No show policy:At 9pm on the day of scheduled arrival if we
have not heard from you requesting a late check-in, your card will be
charged the second night (if reservation was for more than one night)
as a cancellation fee and your reservation will be canceled. (if you
plan on arriving the next day please call and let us know) Refunds will
be processed within 10 days of the cancellation.
Site Assignment Policy:We attempt to honor all site requests,
but we do not guarantee specific site number(s) especially during our
short peak season. We guarantee only site type. We want every
guest to have a wonderful stay and do our best to accommodate everyone
